Tasting Notes:
Luminous pale pink. Whiffs of red berries, eucalyptus and bayleaf surprisingly tannic though the food friendly grippiness does add length to the finish.
Food Suggestion:
Goes with Poultry, Roast Vegetabels and Cream Based Pasta
